The New Media

The digitization of film is introduced to our society because of the advancement in technology. As a film maker it has enhanced my life. I can ow go shot and edit film using my own equipment. I think that having all this new media just make is less exclusive to become a recording artist or a film maker. Now the whole world participates. People who art stay at home moms, constructions workers, doctors can all be armature artist. I think that people just want to connect with other people because more and more people feel isolated from their surroundings

Problem is old art forms such as shooting on Film begin to die. Its complicated to decide what is important. Should we as a society cling on to the past or move forward in the future. Answer is, perhaps we should just stand still, and appreciate living in a time and age where both genres are interacting and debating.
